At the risk of a total derail, the possibility of Jade leaving has come up more than once due to various soap opera events played out on the IGS. Each time we talk it though, get it out of the system and get back to work.

The fact is if it did happen the IGS and the usual baying dogs would have a field day. This is because Jade is fundamentally correct in his observations in a sister post about people simply making logic attacks of SF.

Others argue that this is there choice of play and I suppose in some cases they are right in that.

However I do think said 'baying dogs' would not give a second thought to the RP behind such an event, or a first one for that matter, it would be seized upon as clear proof that our world we have created in EvE is a sham and attacked. (I will say that some, like our political opponents here would make perfectly role-played IC attacks, however I think the majority would just go at it from an OOC point of view on a IC thread).

That thought is a little depressing, until I remember I don't give a shit about all 90% of the IGS/COAD bollox and if you don't like it you can suck my dick, or press the war dec button.

OOC: the men in white coats (Me, Cosmo, Claire, Sven, Toma etc), would quietly grab Jade as he ran for the door again, escort him back to his nice soft room and give him a laptop, cup of tea and the latest attack on SF on a forum and let him go at it like a dog eating hot chips.

IC: Saul would walk up to Jade, lamp her, leaving a nice shiner, then walk off muttering something about 'I understand but why must you make bloody problems'.

OCC&IC: Then we just carry on.
