So for "Caldari of the Year," I would take it a different direction to corporation of the year.

3 categories
1 - State Corporation of the year
Caldari corporation that best exemplified the values of the Caldari State, a megacorporation, and corporatism. Must claim to support one of the Caldari political blocks or one of the megacorps.

2 - Non-State Corporation of the year
Corporation that best exemplified the values of corporate rights throughout the cluster. (Can not also be the State Corporation of the year)

3 - Start-up Corporation of the year
Corporation founded within the past year that has had the most success in its area of business. (Can also be one of the above)

As for rewards, well I am not entirely sure. The startup seems the easiest, but really this would require an established corporation/alliance or society/panel to offer it.

Also rewarding a corporation is a bit different than rewarding an individual, but things like rotation of a particularly valuable moon (if it was an alliance awarding it) or something similar might work. For the Start-up it may be a POS and a months fuel or the cash equivalent .

This could be modified to a State/Federal award.
